My name is Liza N. Cooper and I’m a comic artist, writer, and animator—online, I go by the pen name Siberian Lizard. I’ve been creating comics for the past five years, and my most popular series is Meems & Feefs—a story about two alien ferret brothers and their teenage human friend. The series’ unexpected popularity helped me land a three-book graphic novel deal with Andrews McMeel Publishing. The first book, Meems & Feefs: Ferrets from Planet Ferretonia, is already out and right now, I’m deep in the chaos of finishing book two: Meems & Feefs: Council of Ferrets. Yes, there are council meetings. No, they are not always productive.
